Updated: February 21, 2007 Stabilix® Health Companion® Release Notes detail enhancements in the latest release for all supported platforms. These release notes document system requirements and installation related information pertinent to the current version’s release of Stabilix® Health Companion® desktop and all its components. Installers can be found by downloading the available version at http://www.hc.stabilix.com/. See below if you have previously installed Health Companion®. The previous version will be overwritten when you install this latest release. The latest Windows version is 1.20.01. In order to see the version number, select About Stabilix® Health Companion® located under the main menu option Help. 1. System Requirements Minimum system requirements for Health Companion® are as detailed below: 1.1 Windows 2. Enhancements 2.1 Enhancements for Stabilix® Health Companion® 1.20.01 Family Members: number of characters for the ‘Last Name’ field has been expanded from 15 to 25 characters. Health Companion Inquiry: the information to be analyzed with regard to providers also includes provider type, address fields, email, fax and phone number. Global: wherever member names are listed as drop-down options, only first names are listed except in the case of duplication in which case the middle initial or suffix is included for distinction. Global: drug strength is included wherever the drug’s common name is displayed. Global: faster access to help files. Health Expenses and Payments: ‘Claim Expense/Drug Expense Details’ (located under the ‘Claim/Drug Expense for…’ table) is included in order to expand/collapse the ‘Claim/Drug Expense for…’ table. Health Expenses and Payments: number of characters for the ‘Claim/EOB Identifier’ field (for both Claim Expense and Drug Expense tabs) has been expanded from 15 to 30 characters. Health Accounts Management: number of characters for the ‘Account Number’ field has been expanded from 15 to 35 characters. Personal Health Statistic Entry: time field has been made optional. Personal Health Records: inclusion of ‘Pulse’ field while recording Blood Pressure. Drug Support List: the ‘Drug Strength’ field is considered when checking for duplicates. Check for Upgrades: each time the application is launched, user is asked whether to check for upgrades.
3. Check for Upgrades For existing Health Companion® users, a check for any available upgrades can be done directly from within the application. In order to check if any new versions of Health Companion® are available, select Check for Upgrades under the main menu option 'Stabilix Services' or from the right side of the Health Companion® desktop under 'Stabilix Health Companion Services'. |
